What do your prices include?

All tour prices include the guide service as well as admission and reservation fees with skip-the-line access to all sights visited. When necessary, headsets are also provided so that you can hear your guide clearly throughout the tour.

What is the difference between a “private” and a “semi-private” tour?

A private tour is run exclusively for your party only, which means that the guide can fine-tune the itinerary and pace of the tour completely to your liking. A more cost-effective option is to join a semi-private tour, in which you share your guide with a few other tour goers. As your groups are always kept small, all participants will still have plenty of opportunity to interact with your guide.

Can I take your tours if I have walking difficulties or require a wheelchair?

Most of our semi-private are not suitable for wheelchair users, nor those with walking difficulties. In such cases, we recommend booking a private tour, which allows your guide to adjust the route and pace of the tour to you needs. Please get in touch with our customer service team before booking to ensure that we can make the route wheelchair accessible.

Can I bring a stroller on your tours?

It really depends on the tour; some sights do not allow visitors to enter with strollers while others are completely accessible. Please get in touch with our customer service team before booking to ensure that we can make the route stroller accessible.

What languages do you offer tours in?

We currently only offer semi-private and group tours in English and Spanish, but our Private Tours can be arranged in almost any other language. Feel free to contact us with your request before booking and we will do our very best to accommodate.

Is it necessary to book in advance or can I just show up at the meeting point?

Advanced booking is required on all tours as we need to pre-book tickets for all participants. Please get in touch with our customer service team to verify availability if you would like to make a last-minute reservation.

Do you provide services not listed on the site?

Yes, we offer a wide range of services not listed on the site, including tours of sights not normally open to the public. Feel free to contact our customer service team with your request.

Do you have an office for meeting and gathering information in person?

Yes, we have an office. It is located on Via Santamaura 14/B, just a 2 minute walk from the entrance of the Vatican Museums. The office is open from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm Monday through Saturday so feel free to stop by for a chat and cup of coffee anytime. Our customer service agents will be happy to discuss the various tour options with you and respond to any inquiries you may have.
