What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all forms of major credit and debit cards including Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.

Is it safe to pay on your website?

Yes, it is. Payments are processed for Providers on FareHarbor are provided by Stripe and are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By agreeing to these terms or continuing to operate as a Provider on FareHarbor, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of FareHarbor enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide FareHarbor accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize FareHarbor to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe.

Your credit cards details are never taken or passed on to us at What a Life Tours.

In order to process the payment, What a Life Tours require limited private details (name, address, email, and contact telephone number when in Italy) which are protected on our website by SSL secure encryption via market leaders, Digicert.

Combined, this means all credit card and personal data is transmitted securely and assures you the highest level of protection.

What is your cancellation policy?

The short version:

What a Life Tours enforces a 24-hour advance full refund policy; no refunds will be given for cancellations made within 24 hours of tour commencement.To receive a full refund, travelers may cancel up to 24-hours before the experience start date in the local timezone. No refunds will be given after that time period.

Do you offer multiple tour discounts?

Yes, we offer a variety of package deals for customers who book two tours or more with us. If you are interested in booking a large number of tours, feel free to contact our customer service team so they can help you create your ideal itinerary.

Do you offer reduced rates for children?

Yes, children between 6 and 17 years receive a discount on all tours as noted on individual tour pages. Children under 6 years of age are completely free of charge (with the exception of the ‘Colosseum Underground Tour’).

Do you offer reduced rates for students or seniors?

No, we do not currently offer discounts for seniors or students.

Do you offer reduced rates for travel agencies?

Yes, all certified travel agencies have a 10% discount on our tours. Please contact us via phone or e-mail to register your agency with us and receive your personal discount code.

Do you accept the RomaPass?

Yes, if you have a RomaPass, we will happily deduct your ticket fee from the price of your Colosseum or Borghese Gallery tour. Please note, however, that you must inform us about the card immediately upon booking your tour so that we know not to pre-book a ticket for you.

How far in advance should I book my tour?

The earlier the better! Many of our limited-availability tours; such as the Colosseum Underground Tour; sell out months in advance, so planning ahead is essential to ensure that you get a space on your preferred tour and date. Our regular tours of Rome and the Vatican can usually be booked two to three weeks in advance even during high season, although availability can never be guaranteed.

Is it possible to place last-minute tour bookings on the same day?

We are happy to accommodate same-day bookings as long as we still have spots open. If the tour is off-sale on our website, please contact our customer service team via e-mail or phone to verify availability and make your reservation.
