Due to the possibility of temporary closure of the Basilica of St. Peter’s, ‘What a Life Tours’ does not include a tour through the Basilica of St. Peter’s in the listed price. We do always guarantee an entry to the Basilica of St. Peter’s, skipping the line, and unless prohibited due to an unforeseen closure.
The Vatican Museums require that each party leaves an ID of some sort as a deposit for the headsets used during the tour. The ID will be given back upon returning the headsets.
The Vatican Museums’ direction and the Basilica of St. Peter’s require all participants’ knees and shoulders covered. ‘What a Life Tours’ does not take any responsibility for participants rejected by authorities due to inappropriate apparel.
We also strongly recommend booking a Private Tour for those in a wheelchair, as your guide will be able to adjust the itinerary to your needs.
The Vatican Museums can be subject to unforeseen closures in exceptional cases without notice, in this case we are happy to offer an alternative and extended tour through the Vatican collections.
The Basilica is an active parish and therefore subject to unexpected closures for spiritual celebrations. In such cases we will inform you in advance and alternative tour time or itinerary.
